By accessing or using the website and services of Q's Mobile Maintenance LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Q's Mobile Maintenance LLC provides mobile automotive repair and maintenance services in the Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, Fallbrook, Vista, and Carlsbad, California areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

Brake service
Suspension service
Engine service
HVAC service
Cooling systems service

We service most major makes and models including Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Ram, Jeep, GMC, Cadillac, Chrysler, Buick, Lincoln, Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Kia, and more.

IMPORTANT: We are NOT a roadside assistance service. Our mobile service provides scheduled maintenance and repair services only. We do not provide towing, jump starts, lockout assistance, or emergency roadside services.

Service Scheduling & Appointments

All services are by appointment only and subject to availability.
Service requests can be submitted through our website or by contacting us directly.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on workload and travel time.

Monday through Saturday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Payment & Pricing

All pricing will be communicated prior to the start of service.
Estimates are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during service.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

Warranties & Liability

We stand behind the quality of our work and will address any concerns related to services performed.
Warranties on parts and labor will be communicated at the time of service.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not related to the service performed.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program Description

Q's Mobile Maintenance LLC offers an SMS messaging program to provide customers with appointment links, scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, and promotional offers related to our mobile auto repair services.

Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and expressly consenting to receive text messages (e.g., by checking an opt-in box on our service request form, submitting your number via our website, or verbally agreeing), you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Q's Mobile Maintenance LLC. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
